AegisEagleEye
Built for garment factories that already run an ERP

The operations brain for your garment factory.

AegisAI sits on top of your ERP and closes the gap between the plan and the factory floor — one cockpit for every order, and the controls to keep each one on schedule, from confirmation to shipment.

Eagle Eye command center — portfolio flow, defect rates, capacity, gates and finance across every factory
How it works

See everything. Fix it in one click.

Eagle Eye is the cockpit — it watches every order, every line, every factory. Spot a risk, and the fix is one click away: replan it in Planner, or clear the blocker in Greenlight. All of it on your existing ERP.

Eagle Eye · The cockpit

See every order from cut to ship

The 10-second answer to "is anything on fire?"

  • One command center: pieces in flight, defect rates, on-time percentage, at-risk orders — across every factory
  • Trace any order through every stage, from plan to finance, with drill-down to color and size
  • Every number carries its source — tap it and see exactly where it came from
  • Gate-readiness warnings tell merchandisers who to call before the deadline, not after
  • From any alert, jump straight to the fix: replan in Planner, or chase the gate in Greenlight

Planner drag-and-drop board scheduling orders across factory lines over a calendar
Planner

Production planning, minus the spreadsheets

Put every order on the right line, first try.

  • Drag-and-drop planning board across all your factories and lines — capacity, holidays, and buyer continuity built in
  • Allocation wizard replaces manual cross-checking across screens and spreadsheets with one guided flow
  • Line scoring engine ranks every option by ship-date fit, line efficiency history, and changeover cost
  • Full factory booked? The overflow router finds and ranks capacity in your other plants
  • Learning-curve aware: new styles ramp up realistically, not optimistically
AegisPlannerAI · advisory mode

A planning copilot that shows its work

Proposals, not black boxes.

  • Continuously scans unallocated orders and proposes the best line, date, and split
  • Every proposal explains itself — efficiency gain, wash capability, continuity — so planners decide with confidence
  • Learns from every accept and reject, per buyer, line, and style
  • When the ERP changes — order cancelled, ship date moved — affected plans are re-checked automatically
  • Ask it in plain language: "which lines can take this order?"

That's advisory mode, live today — and the foundation for what's next.

Where AegisPlanner is headed

From copilot to autopilot

AegisPlanner advises today — it proposes, explains, and learns. This is the direction we're building it toward: an agent that sees further and does more, always with your planners in control.

Auto-pilot allocation

From proposing to placing. The agent is built to move beyond suggestions and place allocations itself — inside the guardrails you set, so you approve the rules, not every order.

Variance forecasting

The slip you can see coming. Reading live production against plan, the agent is being built to tell you which orders will miss their date while there's still room to fix it.

Demand sensing

Plans that move with the buyer. As forecasts shift and orders surge or drop, the direction is an agent that re-plans around the change instead of waiting to be told.

Conversational planning

Ask your plan anything. Beyond a single query, the vision is a planner you hold a conversation with — in plain language, with reasoning you can follow.

Greenlight

Every order cleared for production

Two lanes — department alignment and fabric quality — converge on one gate. Nothing cuts until both are green.

Greenlight Meetings

One gated pipeline from sample to cutting — sample approval, size set, pre-production meeting, cut approval — with PCD countdowns on every style and specs that lock once approved.

Greenlight Quality

Nine technical fabric tests with the formulas built in, tiered visual inspection, and auto-approval thresholds that clear good fabric fast — mobile-first, for the warehouse floor.

Why AegisAI

Built for factories, not demos

Your ERP stays

AegisAI reads your live data — zero schema changes, no migration, no double entry.

Built on the factory floor

Every feature was shaped in production at leading garment manufacturers, not in a demo lab.

AI you can audit

Every AI proposal shows its reasoning. Your planners approve; the system learns.

One suite, one platform

The products share one API and one design language — adopt one, add the rest when ready.

About

Built by someone who's solved this before

AegisAI is the work of Khondker Rumman Akhter — a technology leader who spent 25 years building the systems that run when failure isn't an option.

As a Director at Morgan Stanley, he led real-time trading platforms across Asia, Europe, and North America, and consolidated sixteen fragmented regional systems into one global platform used by hundreds of traders. He built and ran engineering teams across six offices and three continents, and set the software standards a hundred developers built to.

Garment manufacturing runs on the same problem he spent a career solving: critical decisions scattered across an ERP, a dozen disconnected tools, and a wall of spreadsheets. AegisAI brings the discipline of high-stakes systems engineering — one source of truth, decisions you can audit, nothing left to chance — to the factory floor.

Today he builds AegisAI from Hong Kong, pairing that platform experience with modern AI tooling to give garment factories the operational clarity other industries take for granted.

On the ground in Bangladesh

Mohammad Johirul Islam leads AegisAI on the ground in Bangladesh — the heart of the world's garment manufacturing.

For nearly two decades he has built and run ERP and IT operations inside large garment groups, including fifteen years in the RMG sector — implementing accounts, payroll, inventory, production planning, real-time production and quality modules, and driving business-process automation across factories employing tens of thousands.

Most recently he ran ERP and IT for a 21,000-strong garment group across ten business units, taking its in-house systems to full automation. He knows the factory floor, the buyers, and the ERP from the inside — and makes sure AegisAI works the way Bangladeshi manufacturers actually operate.
